Delivery
We ship across the UK with Royal Mail Tracked, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.
- Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — £3.95. Aims to arrive within two working days.
- Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — £4.95. Aims to arrive the next working day.
- Free standard delivery on orders over £35.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail aims to deliver within these timeframes but does not guarantee them, and delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to cancel, for any reason.
To cancel, email us at contact@nuwell.health with your order number. You don't need to give a reason. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Returning items
Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we'll cover it.
Please send returns to the address we give you when you get in touch, and keep your proof of postage. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Items we can't accept back
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any supplement once its seal has been broken. This is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Sealed, unopened items in their original condition can be returned as set out above.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to your original payment method. This includes the cost of standard delivery on your original order, though not any upgrade to express delivery.
Something wrong with your order?
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email contact@nuwell.health with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund including postage, whichever you'd prefer.
